I was never at home & they let a neighbor constantly tell them I was being noisy which I was never home on several of the occasions she complained .. they asked me to move being that I so called had 9 complaints but how if I was barely there .. they never called to ask anything they left one note out of all complaints and then asked me to move ..

Just moved in yesterday, absolutely beautiful property! We had to call the maintenance team after hours for help with the A.C. after leaving a message he was here in 5 minutes and fixed it asap for us. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Always high school kids hanging out, always noises

Nasty pool, always debris, bugs, and trash in and near pool, now it’s this awful green color and they just cleaned it last week. Absolutely disappointed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. My maintenance orders have yet to be filled, screen door on balcony been broke since we moved in and still not working. Bug issue when we first moved here, had to move apartments and make apartments change pest companies. WASTE OF MONEY !!! Just move somewhere else. They’ve had problems with people stealing tags off vehicles , ...
always always always uninvited people hanging out throughout the complex, can never actually enjoy swimming when it’s clean bc of how many NON-residents are always there. I’ve made 3 calls to the courtesy officer and 2 Shreveport Police Department calls, and still NO better.

MY Building is nice and quite its a common area and the people that's around you are very friend , even the supervisor over the office, nice walk for your puppy we have three pools. I love the area that I' am in I hope if I every move I can find another area like the one where I' am living now.
