May 2, 2024These apartments are so beautiful and spacious and luxurious. You really do get the bang for your buck with these apartments. Not only are the apartments to die for the staff are truly amazing. Any problem I had they solved it in a timely manner with respect and expeditiously. Mrs. Jessica Is the best leasing manager Sierra Meadows has to offer she made my Process stress-free and flawless. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
February 2, 2022DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE! the management it’s awful they treat you inhumanely they could care less if you have a complaint a leak or any mold in your house they have consistently pushed off any maintenance saying that their vendor is unable to come out and that they would have to make me wait over the weekend. The worst part is my toilet was overflowing but since it wasn’t overflowing at a certain pace they said it wasn’t an emergency my whole house and carpet was almost all soaked in ...my bedroom and they thought that this was OK to push off till Monday and this was Friday night I reported the problem .Then on top of all of this I have three young children in my house That have to breathe in the mold and will have to deal with any side effects from this mold. Also on top of all of that as well they treat you as if you’re just some annoying tenant Who doesn’t deserve any respect or sympathy. I’ve already reported them to HUD & will continue to spread the word of how awful the landlords treat the tenants I have spoken to various other people that live around me and they’ve gotten the same treatment regardless if this is something that everybody has encountered it should not be something that anyone else has to deal with if you would like to live somewhere where the landlords treat you with dignity and respect this is not the place cancel your application and run! I hope no one will ever have to go thru the treatment my young kids & my partner did. They could care less about true courteous customer service! They degraded me multiple times! Vandalism and Theft are Commonplace
March 10, 2021Regretfully one of the worst places I've stayed in my life. Theft and vandalism are commonplace, and management won't allow you to do a thing about it (e.g. put up a camera) much less help you themselves. Over the past 10 months I've seen a half dozen arrests on campus which I prayed would get better. I've had deliveries from shoes to food stolen or vandalized. It's a joke here. Spend an extra 100 or 200 dollars and find a place that's actually safe and at the very least not hostile. You'll save ...so much more in regret and lost items. December 30, 2019The manager Doesn't know how to run the apartments right the manager punishes the people if they complain about running ect. This manager won't try to resolve issues i have a flash drive that is time stamped that will go to the corporate office,ect those neighbors started throwing nasty food on my patio but i didn't tell her because she would say i was harassing them again like she did when i called security on them for loud noises after 10 pm They lost a good manager when Christopher left the ...manager now brings in questionable people i would think twice about moving thereProperty Manager Responded

Great place to live
August 25, 2016This property is very nice, I enjoyed living there. The staff is super helpful, friendly and was there whenever I had an issue which were few and far between. The area is really nice and the apartments are a great size for the price. I would recommend the apartments to a friend.Review from Apartments.com
