Unreachable management
December 4, 2023After you sign your lease, the management will become unreachable and never return your calls or email. When trying yo move out they will not acknowledge your 60 day notice and then charge you for months after you’ve left. Unethical business . DO NOT RENTProperty Manager Responded

Not worth the money
October 31, 2021We lived there for around 4 years, it was ok. The the new owners Rose the rent $300+ wanted to make us pay for everything separately. The ceiling fell in and they would not fix. Then they worked on the unit above us early in the morning when we asked them to start a little later they got mad at us. If you rent please look at the online reviews for the new owners. Not the reviews from the old ones. Anything before summer of 2021 isn’t the new owners.Property Manager Responded
