July 22, 2017I viewed many and I mean MANY complexes across the southwest and summerlin area. Solana unfortunately wont be our new place to call home, we ended up going with our first property we saw a few months prior. I highly do reccomend this place to anyone looking to live in the area! The manager as well as leasing consultant were inviting and helpful! They had no issue when we came back a second and third time to look at a unit when we were deciding. This property has amazing potential when it is ...complete, it's hidden well enough from the streets that it's really private, rather than living right off Durango or a major street. They are also the only one of two properties that actually had an actual human connection of understanding business is business but that this will be peoples homes and to make connections. Many other properties solely just told us what was available, print outs galore, as well as no interest in getting to know potential residents unlike Solana! So New but so Familiar
July 3, 2017(Please note this review is a few days after move-in) Francis and Criss in the in the leasing office were absolutely amazing and made this the easiest move-in we have had to date. We must have had a million questions and sent them an e-mail everyday for the last month up until our move. A week before our move in date we decided to add a cat to our family and the Criss made sure to get everything together so when we arrived on move-in day there were no hiccups. Even though we have only lived at ...this property for two days it already feels like home. (My wife didn't complain about the 110 degree heat once! Now that is saying something!)
