I had an apartment facing East. It was an amazing apartment.
The views! The sunrise & sunset is awesome from there. I have so many great pictures from that apartment. Great memories.
The only thing is that siren.
I found it whimsical.
Marsha (property manager) and maintenance personnel are friendly and handled any issue I had immediately.
BEWARE BED BUGS !!!

Current resident joined a month before .. they say the apts are inspected for bedbugs.. but I have them in my apartment and guess what they want us to pay for exterminating them. U cannot escape bedbugs.
