October 26, 2025Overall, it’s a convenient place to live — great location and easy access to everything. The only downside is the parking situation. Guest parking is limited, and there are often non-residents using the garage, which makes it frustrating at times.Property Manager Responded

June 26, 2025Living here’s been pretty convenient — super close to transportation, which I’ve definitely appreciated. But after a few years, you can really see the wear. Upkeep could be better overall, especially with pest control and general maintenance. Guest parking’s a bit of a mess, and it’s frustrating how often random people take the EV chargers — those little daily things start to add up.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025I just moved in about a week ago, so far so good ??. Maintenance was prompt in addressing some small issues and the office staff have been really friendly and inviting. The view from my unit is refreshing, neighbors are quiet thus far. The apartments are in a lively neighborhood and close to bars/restaurants so it can be a bit busy and noisy especially on weekends.Property Manager Responded
