January 22, 2026Overall pretty good, just often there is quite a lot of noise at night in the corridors and some amenities are not cleaned properly like chairs , swimming pool, gym floor. January 10, 2026I've only been here a few months, so my review is limited to a new tenant's experience. The move-in process and communication was excellent. The office is responsive to requests, including maintenance. The maintenance is quick, friendly and kind to animals. The apartment itself is in excellent condition and the insulation here is much better than my last place. My electric bills are nearly half the old place which was the same size. I love the neighborhood. Not a fan a suburban life but also work ...nearby and not a fan of commuting far either, so the area is a perfect fit for me. I get a more urban feel and neighborhood with a short commute to the office. A blessing in DFW!Property Manager Responded
