June 2, 2025I just moved in about a week ago, so far so good ??. Maintenance was prompt in addressing some small issues and the office staff have been really friendly and inviting. The view from my unit is refreshing, neighbors are quiet thus far. The apartments are in a lively neighborhood and close to bars/restaurants so it can be a bit busy and noisy especially on weekends.Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2025Here’s a concise resident experience: The location is the best feature of this place, with everything within walking distance, including the DART station. However, the building could benefit from more nearby retail options, like a coffee shop. The valet garbage service isn’t necessary and tends to encourage bad behavior, leading to dirty hallways.
