March 24, 2026It’s been a pleasure staying here the last 3 years. I have no real complaints as there have been more community events and the trash situation has improved. My only issue is the pool, it’s so petite.. if we had a real lap pool, this place would be perfect!Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2026Overall, Sync CityLine has been a good place to live. The building is modern, the location is convenient, and the staff has generally been helpful and responsive. The amenities are nice and the community areas are well maintained. One issue that seems to be starting to show is the free EV charging that’s advertised. Because there is only one charger and it’s free, it seems like some residents are beginning to abuse it, which makes it difficult for others to access when needed. Hopefully ...management can look into a better system or additional chargers so it’s fair for everyone. Aside from that, the overall living experience has been positive.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2026Great location and plenty of things to do. Shopping, the Dart Light Rail and the Silverline train to DFW Terminal B is a huge plus. It's easy to get around the area with easy access to the GBT (190) and Central Expressway (I-75).Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Overall pretty good, just often there is quite a lot of noise at night in the corridors and some amenities are not cleaned properly like chairs , swimming pool, gym floor.
