They even placed birthday cards on my door for both my children and me, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The residents are also very friendly, and everyone generally keeps to themselves while still maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. One thing I especially appreciate is that when my kids walk home from school, they can stop by the office for a piece of candy or a ...snack. There are a few things that I really care about, but there is ONE thing in particular, the safety of my elderly mom who lives with me. Living here so far (going on 3 weeks now) has been worth this review. The only issue I have had has been with the "Trash Valet" pickup, there needs be a rotation of the employees to ensure service is being provided, because this is a service that can't be ...opt'd out of, in other words it is mandatory, though I believe it will benefit some people and it is only fair to those that would, but if the service the is being payed for is not being provided on a consistent basis then why have it, just pay the maintnance personal that money as extra income per request for the service.
