We're coming up on 2 years here, and it's been great. Will definitely renew again. No evidence of crime or vehicle tampering as we've seen in other apartment complexes in Ashburn, Sterling, Herndon. The office personnel and maintenance team are top-notch.

I just moved in and I am already very happy with the amount of days they pick up trasah. I always forget. I am right next to the pool and on the first floor which is key for my kids and I. The walkway needs to be blown or swept but other then that awesome. when moving in my dishwasher mas missing the top rails to function.

The people are really nice here. But the buildings are old in the winter when it was really cold we didint have heat for a bit. And then in the spring we didnt have AC for a few weeks as well .

Been living in this community for 2 months and I must say I'm pretty happy here. People at the leasing office especially Valeria is very helpful and always responsive when I have an inquiry. I love our apartment unit too, and there's plenty of walk area so my dog and I can enjoy our daily walks :)

Don’t rent here. It’s not worth the money for the treatment you get from the leasing office or maintenance. This place is so run down. They don’t replace anything, never answer the phone, requests are not considered a priority ever. But boy do they up your rent every year and charge you for everything they can think of.

The staff has been consistently courteous, responsive, and easy to reach, which has made communication smooth and pleasant. However, there were several issues during our move-in experience. Although the apartment was marked as move-in ready two weeks prior to our arrival, we did not have heat for the first three days, and there were also problems with the dryers. In addition, a few other minor maintenance issues throughout the apartment were apparent upon move-in, which suggested the unit was not ...
fully ready for occupancy. The maintenance team explained that they are currently understaffed and that the recent snowstorm created additional challenges, which we understand. That said, resolving these concerns prior to move-in would have made the transition much smoother and improved the overall experience.

The staffs were all approachable, accomodating,kind, and helpful.Especially,if you don't know your way around,it was a big relieved for us on that day.We're happy that we found the Saddle Ridge without somebody telling us. It's just our instinct that this apartment is good for us to live. No maximum limit which gave us the opportunity to apply immediately and allowed us to be with their team.
