When we first moved in, Leonard was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was taken care of!! He was the reason we picked Sage Creek over any where else!! When I found out he was being moved, my heart sank!! His replacement, Raul, was HORRIBLE!! His answers to a my issues I had were "not my problem" and "there is nothing I can do to help". SERIOUSLY? ...being here. I was even in the process of contacting the management company, owners, and posting my dissatisfaction any and everywhere on Social Media. I was dreading my lease renewal!! And I can honestly say everyone that lives around me were thinking the same!! (Feel free to contant me directly for more details).
One day I had to stop in the office and to my surprise Raul is gone and Crystal was sitting there!!! I silently did the happy dance and was hoping this was a permanent change. She is a breath of fresh air and listened to my issues. She was able to resolve EVERYTHING!! I just got my renewal notice and have agreed to renew my lease. Crystal answers the phone almost every time on the first try. In the event that I have to leave a message, she has never failed to return it!! She shows empathy and concern for you as a person and as a tenant. I can honestly say that Crystal is the ONLY reason we are not moving!! You should really thank her as most of the tenants around me have said the same thing!! We love the apartment and all the amenities but I can find that anywhere. If the management is bad, there are no amenities in the world worth that!! Thank you for bringing in a WONDERFUL new management team!!!
