March 18, 2020Hope you have some fixit knowledge because the maintenance sure doesn't. They'll also let themselves into the apartment whether or not you give them permissin to do so. Management is dismissive and rude. Things on the property are constantly breaking and are not dealt with for sometimes weeks. Be careful bringing any of this up with management, they'll take it personally and "blacklist" you, and you'll be ignored. Shockingly bad with things that should be common sense.Property Manager Responded

Dirty
February 23, 2020We have had nothing but issues since moving here. We moved last year and it was horrible but decided to stay because it came under new management and we thought things would change finally but NO. We moved From a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and were told we would be charged a cleaning fee from our old apartment, because all the apartments get cleaned before new tenants move in. Okay fine no problem we expected our new one to be cleaned as well. We move into our new one and by the end of the day sons ...feet were black from walking barefoot on the floors, there was hair in my “new “refrigerator And my daughters toilet had black mold in it. Not to mention the laundry list of items that were broken are pins the apartment. We have now been here almost a month and nothing has been rectified whatsoever. Dirty, Not Luxury, Dog Poop Filled Grounds
September 14, 2019This place does not deserve 1 star!! Este lugar es terrible!! This place present itself as gated and luxury- what a joke! Noisy rude neighbors that are dirty- dog poop everywhere and many pitbulls even tho it says in your lease they are a restricted breed! One was running loose and owner didnt care! Sprinklers run and flood the place even after rainstorms- gym filled with broken equipment cus kids break everything here- the kids are not supervised and destroy and office does not care- Ive only ...been here a year and rent going up- cant wait to move- cars broken into and a guy was living here arrested- Office staff never answer phone never in office and dont care anyway- pools dirty esp hot tub- homeless go through trash ripping open all the bags so there are rats n roaches- gates rusted n broken- my car broken into and mgmt could care less- only wants their rent / never in office never answer phones- 8 personas living in a 2 bedroom apt- no security- no parking- DO NOT move here save your money and go somewhere else!! Crystal Saved the Day
August 30, 2019When we first moved in, Leonard was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was taken care of!! He was the reason we picked Sage Creek over any where else!! When I found out he was being moved, my heart sank!! His replacement, Raul, was HORRIBLE!! His answers to a my issues I had were "not my problem" and "there is nothing I can do to help". SERIOUSLY? I don't work for the management company, how am I to fix this? I was soo upset that I was looking for a new place to move after only a year of ...being here. I was even in the process of contacting the management company, owners, and posting my dissatisfaction any and everywhere on Social Media. I was dreading my lease renewal!! And I can honestly say everyone that lives around me were thinking the same!! (Feel free to contant me directly for more details). One day I had to stop in the office and to my surprise Raul is gone and Crystal was sitting there!!! I silently did the happy dance and was hoping this was a permanent change. She is a breath of fresh air and listened to my issues. She was able to resolve EVERYTHING!! I just got my renewal notice and have agreed to renew my lease. Crystal answers the phone almost every time on the first try. In the event that I have to leave a message, she has never failed to return it!! She shows empathy and concern for you as a person and as a tenant. I can honestly say that Crystal is the ONLY reason we are not moving!! You should really thank her as most of the tenants around me have said the same thing!! We love the apartment and all the amenities but I can find that anywhere. Really nice location, decent floor plan, but awful awful management.
January 24, 2019This apartment is great, I’ve enjoyed it. However management doesn’t return calls, maintenance is almost non existent, though when they do show up, they be sure to leave their work area unkempt. Sprinklers go on in the rain, broken heads everywhere turn grass into mucky mud. I would give this place high marks otherwise as I am not a needy tenant, but the management is so inept and unavailable it’s not worth the money despite its conveniences. Also the Signage up front refers to these as ...“luxury” apartments. They are no more luxurious than a Motel 6.Property Manager Responded

Nice place to live
June 4, 2017Sagecreek is a nice place to call home. The apartments are spacious, newly renovated, and very much affordable. The grounds are overall well kept. Pools are usually clean. The gym now has newer equipment. There are however a lot of lazy pet owners that don't pick up after their pets. It's a pretty quiet place to live. With the occasional pack of rowdy unattended children reaking havoc New management mean business and addresses concerns pretty quickly. August 8, 2015Sage creek apartment is an ok place , there right of the freeway and close to groceries and convenience supermarket . the property management doesn't really get things fixed correctly they have handy man to fix pretty much everything in the buildings and don't always get fixed in an appropriate time . the land scape is taken care of . it's a little pricy compare to other apartments in the area .Review from Apartments.com
