Price gouging
December 14, 2022After we moved out, they charged us 1600 for easily cleanable things. Not to mention they shut off the water whenever they want, the apartment was already terrible when we moved in, and the management is unreliable and frequently unavailable. If your apartment isn't spotless when you leave, they will overcharge you for the littlest things. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!Property Manager Responded
