Nice Apartments, but lots of noise

Overall, the apartments themselves are very nice. The layouts are comfortable, the units are well maintained, and the community looks appealing. I do want to mention the noise level. I am a parent, so I completely understand how important it is for kids to play outside. The playground area is not the issue. The concern is the amount of SCREAMING and yelling that happens in the courtyards after school hours and into the evening. It carries throughout the complex and can be disruptive. A certain ...
level of noise is expected in a family community, but it would be nice if it were more balanced outside of the designated play areas. If you are looking for a very quiet environment, this may not be the best fit. There is also a creepy mattress and some pillows behind one of the dumpsters that have been there for a while. It would be great to see that cleaned up to help maintain the overall appearance of the property. Overall, the apartments are nice, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
