Roaches stay away!!

Roaches!!! The problem will not be fixed without the entire property being tented but the property owners refuse to do anything but minimum treatment. Manager will send pest control out if you complainbut the treatment doesn't work. The roaches come out of the electrical sockets carpets walls even had them come out of my water faucet and drain this isn't something minimum pest control is going to fix. Do not recommend.

Horrible, worst place I’ve ever lived . Roaches no matter how much you clean… even after pest control comes like every 2 months .hope you never have a guest because there is absolutely no visitor parking on the property, or anywhere on the streets nearby.they give you parking spots far from your apartment. And it took them 2 years to change the light bulbs in their parking lot., trash all over the property including the so called dog park. No response for maintenance. Slab leaks every week if not ...

multiple times a week, so they shut off the water with minutes warning if any. I’ve seen neighbor property water damage to all the stuff in their apartments from these leaks. Management is horrible, unorganized, lazy. No amenities…limited washers and dryers and half of they don’t work properly, people steal and touch your laundry, and management will blame you saying you left your laundry in the washers or dryers too long.. which is not so. The little pool and jacuzzi are so gross. They charge you for everything and anything they can to take your money. Trashy property , trashy people. Wonder dog management should be ashamed . Don’t let them fool you , they say their upgrading but unless the health department comes down on this property you will be moving into a dump with shady management

If you’re thinking about it don’t please . I wanted just a simple apartment and got put into a circus . I have been requesting maintenance For 3 months now .... but they never came . The mailboxes got broken into . They say they are “investigating” but I guess by investigating they mean do nothing . I haven’t received my mail in over 3 weeks . Don’t get me started with the Grand Canyon we got going on in our parking .....

Lies,lies,lies, lived here for 1year and I regret the day I signed the lease, this place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! The sewer smell is disgusting they’re always shutting off water because of pipes breaking! Water is 3 months prior so you won’t pay water for 3 months and then boom they hit you with a huge water bill. Washers have roaches in them maintenance does nothing! Manager sucks she doesn’t do anything! Do not move here you will regret it!

Our community has had one water shutoff in the last six months due to a slab leak, our team made sure to notify residents ahead of time to let everyone know when and why the water would be off while repairs were being done.
