January 27, 2026Sage at Cypress Cay has great floor plans with a variety of balconies that add square footage. The grills are frequently used for friends to gather. The club house offers space to relax, study, work, or workout. It is also the area where our social events take place. The pool, with its fountains, offers a peaceful retreat to sun or just read a book. The tables near the pool provide a great place to work. The green spaces allow for places to walk your fur baby. Residents and employees are ...respectful and friendly. I feel safe and comfortable. I am so happy in three-bedroom apartment with views of the pool and pond fountain. Finnegan loves the other fur babies and all the walks he gets.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2026I love my new home at Sage! I come get fresh ground coffee every morning. The pool ,fire pit and grilling spaces are so welcoming. August 11, 2025Good community with good management and proper upkeep. There is always good attempts by management to increase interaction amongst the community. Also the community assets being new, there are less maintenance issues. I had two and one got promptly addressed while the second which should have taken a week is not addressed even after 3.5 months and running. Few actions from fellow residents like leaving their trash out on Fridays and Saturdays, when there is no valet leads to cleanliness and ...hygiene issues.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2024The residents and office staff at Sage are very friendly. I enjoy walking my dog and seeing my all of neighbors. The dog park is large and is a favorite spot. I use the gym several times a week and am always able to use the equipment I planned to use. The pool area is beautiful.
