April 3, 2026Overall I am very happy with Sage. Maintenance responds promptly to any requests and the apartments are beautiful and overlooking Oscar Scherer State Park. I appreciate that they have started heating the pools in winter so I can swim almost year round (they only heat it to 78 degrees so it's not very pleasant on truly cold days). I just wish they could get the hot tub working again.Property Manager Responded
