September 26, 2025Great community, clean, friendly, safe. And dog friendly! Office staff and management are always welcoming with a smile, and are constantly in communication with everything! Sage is quick to fix communal problems. For example, the elevators and hot tub have troubles from time to time but nothing that isn’t fixed in a timely manor. June 21, 2025Staff are great; residents are all polite and considerate. Apartment is beautiful and getting better all the time! I appreciate the ability to recycle. I flatten my cardboard boxes but can't fit the big boxes into the small tubs; wish you had a bigger tub for bigger cardboard boxes. Landscaping in the front is beautiful, but not in the back. Hope you will fix that soon. Lots of weeds and no flowers. I have gotten some big packages that were put in the package room instead of going to my door ...(several weighing more than 40 pounds). In one case I had to scoot it down the hall by pushing it and then got a guy from the workout room to put it in the car for me (thanks so much!). If a package is too big to fit in the lockers I wish you would have them deliver it to my door. This was rough. Enjoyed the seafood boil--fun!Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2025Beautiful apartment, Jacob was fantastic throughout the search and leasing process, including allowing us to see a different available unit I fell in love with. A few minor maintenance issues to get resolved(my unit was a short turn around for maintenance), but overall it’s a beautiful apartment and nice community! I haven’t enjoyed all the amenities yet, I’m still getting settled in, but it’s overall fantastic (aside from the building 3 elevator fiasco, but we’re coping lol)Property Manager Responded
