Great family operated apartments!
April 11, 2019These apartments are operated by a local family and they are very attentive. The interiors are beautiful and they have made so much progress on the exterior as well. As far as bugs, we haven't had any issues but bugs go where there is food and tend to follow unclean people. This complex is very family friendly and we have enjoyed our time here.Property Manager Responded

This is the worst apartment EVER!
May 21, 2018They have really fixed up the place nice when it comes to interiors. However, they are very money hungry. We've experienced rusty water in our pipes, moldy dishwashers, roaches, ants, and beer cans in every nook and cranny of our kitchen. They charge you for everything from light bulbs to batteries for the thermostats. They charge for damages you put on the inventory sheet even if it was previously reported. They also charge for parking when there is nowhere to park. They concern themselves with ...the privacy of your apartment as far as guests and visitations. The construction staff was drinking half the time they were working. I was very miserable living here. We didnt even receive half our deposit back because we were charged for damages not caused by us. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone.Property Manager Responded
April 16, 2019We have spent a lot of money renovating this complex so it is disappointing to hear of experience. We did have a rough start and had some plumbing issues in one of our buildings but it has since been completely resolved. Our units are beautiful inside and out & we do hope to keep them that way. When you moved out, did you contact us over the charges you disagreed with? If you had something you were charged for that was on your move-in form, we apologize & would honestly love to make it right. Please contact our office at 210-310-3853 if you would like to discuss it. We do take pictures of all our move outs and can certainly go over that with you. Replacing your own light bulbs and batteries after move-in is standard in the apartment industry and was also a part of your signed lease so I'm sorry you weren't aware of that. As far as the beer cans, yes, we had some contracted employees that were not acting professionally and were drinking on the job. They were fired. We have made many ...positive changes here and are very proud of the community we have now created.
