    It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The management is beyond professional and the maintenance staff is very fast and reliable. I’ve lived here for a month and I absolutely love it!

    This neighborhood is nice and quiet, and very beautiful. It gives an old school vibe as far as the aesthetic and the community and I appreciate it. It's also very close to everything I need. The staff is and always has been great. Very responsive, very respectful and nice. And very helpful. Overall, a great experience!

    I love living at Sailboat Bay. It is a safe quiet and peaceful community. The best feature is that it is right on lake Lynn. I can go for a walk or a bike ride around the lake without having to drive anywhere. The community is wonderful. The management and maintenance teams are also wonderful. I've lived here for many years and can't imagine living anywhere else.

    Sailboat Bay has been a pretty great place to live. Good location, plenty of parking, good management, very pet friendly. The apartments themselves are on the older side, but Sailboat Bay seems to consistently make repairs and updates as necessary.
