      This neighborhood is nice and quiet, and very beautiful. It gives an old school vibe as far as the aesthetic and the community and I appreciate it. It's also very close to everything I need. The staff is and always has been great. Very responsive, very respectful and nice. And very helpful. Overall, a great experience!

      I love living at Sailboat Bay. It is a safe quiet and peaceful community. The best feature is that it is right on lake Lynn. I can go for a walk or a bike ride around the lake without having to drive anywhere. The community is wonderful. The management and maintenance teams are also wonderful. I've lived here for many years and can't imagine living anywhere else.

      Sailboat Bay has been a pretty great place to live. Good location, plenty of parking, good management, very pet friendly. The apartments themselves are on the older side, but Sailboat Bay seems to consistently make repairs and updates as necessary.

      Sailboat Bay has been amazing. They are always there to answer any concerns or questions. The move-in process was smooth and easy. The Property managers are awesome and the maintenance team responds to repairs and emergencies very quickly. The environment is peaceful, quiet and beautiful all at the same time.

      Sailboat Bay is a quiet, clean community. The amenities that keep me here are the beautiful Lake Lynn with its 2 1/4 mile walk trail, the friendly neighbors, and the updated apartment.
