      If you are in the market for a new community and place to live, please come and join the Sailboat Bay family. The community and the staff is very nice and peaceful environment. Maintenance is like johnny on the spot. Packages, bike area, and more is excellent. They have their own Amazon hub center and bike area storage area. So many things I can say! Love the place.

      I am a new resident at Sailboat Bay but I am loving my first few weeks here! The setting is beautiful, the complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly but not too nosy and there is beautiful Lake Lynn just a two-minute walk from my apartment!

      This neighborhood is nice and quiet, and very beautiful. It gives an old school vibe as far as the aesthetic and the community and I appreciate it. It's also very close to everything I need.       I love living at Sailboat Bay. It is a safe quiet and peaceful community. The best feature is that it is right on lake Lynn. I can go for a walk or a bike ride around the lake without having to drive anywhere. The community is wonderful. The management and maintenance teams are also wonderful. I've lived here for many years and can't imagine living anywhere else.
