Wrapped around a community courtyard and framed by a white picket fence, come live the charmed life at Saint Francis! All units feature washer/dryer connections in the kitchen. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set for an additional $50/month. Pest control, trash service , 24-hour emergency maintenance, and lawn care are included with rent. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and cable/internet are paid separately. Saint Francis Apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Shades Cahaba Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School. Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply.
