August 18, 2015The Jeffrey's apartment is very clean and maintained. They're really strict when it comes to outsiders coming in because it's in the middle of downtown. The staffs are nice and always doing their job. The apartment inside is very up to date and modern. The only downfall about these apartments is no air conditioner and they don't have windows to install one. Also hard to have guest over and no parking lot for residentsReview from Apartments.com
