Don't be fooled.

Found this listing on a sister site and noticed it claims central heat and air. From the photos and verification of tenants some of the units do not offer this. Also interior pictures are of a remodeled apartment. The two units I had seen had old carpet and one of which had a wall unit that wasn't even sealed. If lawn care is included it must not be well maintained as when I looked the grass was well over a foot tall. I would say stay away.
