I think the community on a whole is excellent. Parking can be a challenge when people have guest that take up residents parking. I kmow there are no assigned spots but if you pay rent you should be able to park where your apartment is.

For the most part the complex is quite. It's unfortunate you have to pay the amount of rent you do and and a non-refundable deposit and tenants have visitor's take up your parking space.

My vehicle was broken into so the area isn’t as great as I thought it was. Also stuff in my apartment keeps messing up just because it’s old and they failed to service my apartment before I moved in. They’re very quick on my requests but I shouldn’t have to call every other month about something messing up..
