Management is terrible I’m not sure who took over it’s not Townes properties anymore but they don’t fix anything I’ve had several leaks in my home holes in my ceiling that they never fixed … INFESTED with roaches they never have once came to spray for pest even after several request ! I can go on & on literally save your time & money it’s not worth the headache at all . Only one maintenance man who is half deaf he has came to my apartment several times and just looked at the problem & never once ...

came back to fix it . & I am In the process of suing ! There was been several different owners since I moved in there was even a point were their was no were to even pay rent they have no website as you can see & these apartments look nothing like this you can ride past this property and see that . The neighbors are very rude & violent & trashy have no respect for others ! Worse decision of my life

This place is Amazing!! My children and I were homeless and I found a job and saved my money to get an apartment and I looked around in the Trotwood area and found Salem woods. I came in to fill out an application and Chelsea from the office helped me tremendously with filling out the application, she was very empathetic, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. The entire process was in a great timely manner and I felt very welcomed. The day I received my keys I was very pleased with my ...

Not worth the headache

Beware of favorable reviews as Towne Properties had several drawing soliciting reviews and most are written by people who are not residents but "inquired about the property". Ineffective, inefficient and inexperienced office staff. No major updates to property in over 10 years however the rent steadily increasing since Towne Properties became management company 3/3021. Rent has increased $300 in the 2 1/2 years since they took over. Extremely outdated apartment units with outdated appliances and ...

so called amenities. Embarrassing to have guests over due to the subpar aesthetics. Apartments in dire need of new patio doors and frames as original ones installed in 1968 still on there. Absolutely not weather resistant. No lines to mark parking spaces in the parking lot. It has not been resurfaced in over 7 years. Exterior of apartment units need wood slabs replaced as squirrels and birds have made large holes and taken up residence. Lackluster job of snow removal from the parking lot to the sidewalks.No washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. Their favorite line is "we're currently taking bids" when it comes to maintenance issues
