I’m going to take this opportunity to mention the trashcan conditions , door not working make it so unhealthy, and unsanitary, the door has been broken for over three years if not more and never replaced Floors need to be power wash And rules need to be followed residence. Do not respect any of the rules, making it hard for people to live comfortable and safe.

We love living at Salerno! The maintenance guy is quick, friendly, and professional, always fixing things fast. The managers are super helpful and provide great service. The gym, pools, and all facilities are clean and well-maintained. Safety is good, and we’re thrilled with our choice to live here. We highly recommend Salerno!

This is the best place I have live to call home! The management and staff made my family feel so important, they treated us as if we were “family”! If there was a problem, they would get it fixed or order or even call me the same day to let me know how they were going to help me feel better! Management, well all i can say is that Felicia, went out of her way to make me and my family happy to live here! Even though sometimes I needed help that same day she always had a smile to help me. not like ...
other places how they ignore you and brush you off she gave me full attention everytime i walked into her office! Aroura, the secretary, when i moved in she was very calm and relaxed she showed us the places in detail. I felt like there were no strings attached. I was able to pick the one I wanted and believe me, she helped me try to decide with no pressure. The staff WOW!! They are so nice and even to help and talk to as if you are a family member!! I moved because, not that there was nothing wrong with the place, we needed to get closer to needs of the my family. If you are looking for a place to live a feel safe and to call “home “ this is the place!!

Kids the good and a bad good love the neighborhood love the apartment building I live in love management awesome and love having access to pool/Jacuzzi/workout room and having a two car garage!
