A great place to call home
June 27, 2024My family and I have been living at Salt Creek for close to a year. We could not recommend this property enough! Big shout out to Mia and Quentin for always working with us and being extremely helpful. The property itself remains clean and quiet. Neighbors are friendly or keep to themselves. Don't answer phone or fix things in a timely manner
August 13, 2022I put in a work order on Aug. 5, 2022 @12:30 for my refrigerator to be fixed or replaced. I have been calling I called on Tue. to check the status since on my request it states that it's in progress. The status has been since. Aug. 5th. I spent a significant amount of money on food and EVERYTHING is now ruined. I have only spoken to two people, one was a leasing agent who said " let me find out who can get out there and I will call you back" guess what no call. Called again this week spoke with ...the property manager Austin, said he would call a guy he knows that does appliances guess what no one showed up. Here it is Sat. 8/13/22 and still no one has shown up. I make sure my rent is payed on time and all the other rules they have in place but yet I can't get a single person to fix what I need to have fix. Terrible Management, High Prices
April 15, 2022The apartment prices have increased over $200 in the past year. There are NO amenities available. Their "park" is the playground for the elementary school across the street. Crimes have happened on the property with no communication from management. Management does not respond without multiple attempts at trying to get a hold of them. Honestly, do not waste your money here. Look at places down the road that are similar styles with more amenities for a lower price.
