    warning; do a walk through or take pictures if you value your deposit money.Lived here for 6 months, moved out for unrelated reasons, come to find out my deposit has been deducted the crap out of, mind you when I moved in management told us to do our own walk through.They did not walk through when I moved out, when I received my deposit check it was literally barely any money left and I had to ask what the hell I was deducted for,most of the crap that was deducted ,I NEVER touched such as the ...
    blinds, cleaning( which I have no clue what for because the place was nearly spotless upon leaving with the few exceptions of a stain that we were sure was there when we moved in),removal of a tub stopper(I asked for it to be removed when I moved in ,the guy that did maintenance took it with him when he left) ,blind replacement(it was broken when I moved in),and paint (what for?I don't know).TLDR; if you move here TAKE proof, management is dishonest.Honestly it feels pretty scummy ,because this apartment was otherwise pretty ok.

    Worked with Kayla, the leasing agent, last Saturday to get the process started to live in Salt Flats. It was smooth and seamless. From viewing the apartment and all the amenities to making a deposit took only 1 1/2 hours. After months of looking, I am hoping I've found a new place to call home!

    I have lived here for a year and was happy to renew my lease. Salt Flats is an AMAZING place to live with a great location, an awesome building and units with respectful residents. It is well managed by Colby who consistently cares about people and our living experience. This is hard to find in the SLC rental market.     I just moved to the Salt Flats Apartments. I was looking for a relatively new and clean apartment near my office. Lucky me! The Salt Flats Apartments opened in March. They have numerous studio and one-bedroom floor plans and I decided on a one-bedroom and parking garage space. The staff here is really great and the rental price can’t be beat for this convenient location. I feel very fortunate to be here.
