April 4, 2026If you’re looking for a downtown SLC spot that actually makes you want to get work done, HAVN at Salt Lake Crossing (SLX) is it. The whole place has this killer modern-industrial aesthetic that is super creative and genuinely inspiring when you need to focus and brainstorm. The perks are basically a cheat code. They have a state-of-the-art fitness center that is actually legit, and nothing beats logging off for the day and heading straight up to the sky lounge rooftop deck and pool. Oh, and the ...free snacks are a massive lifesaver. Beyond the aesthetics, the community vibe is unmatched. It’s the perfect environment to network, collaborate, or just casually meet driven, like-minded people from totally different industries. March 15, 2026I wish we didn’t have such a high fee for the property (forced added on price for amenities). I also would like to mention that I wish we had a more organized staff that hosted more events for all. I wish we all had access to the balconies over in the private sections for studious. I wish we weren’t treated as college students living in dorms with all the mandatory apartment walks by maintenance or staff….Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2026The maintenance team and Parker are the only consistently helpful people in the office. Parking is a mess. Management removed assigned parking, but it solved nothing—Level 1 still runs out of spaces regularly. If you live alone, it’s fine. If you live with a partner, they’ll constantly struggle to find a spot, and management has reduced the available parking outside the building even further. Quiet hours are listed as 10 PM–9 AM, but that doesn’t matter. You can still get noise complaints in the ...middle of the day. Meanwhile, loud weekend guests never seem to get reported.Property Manager Responded
