About Saluda Forest
(We no longer offer studio or 1-bd units.) We now only offer large 2 bedroom duplex units-- 2bd 1bath (1300 square feet) for $845, and 2bd 2bath (1400 square feet) for $945. You pay electric and water in all duplexes. You must take home (after taxes and car payments) $2800/mo to qualify. Our 2bd units are like small houses, not apartments. They are all one level, with covered entrance porches and back decks. Large kitchens. W/D hookups. New windows. Central ac/heat. Hard floors--no carpet. Small pets allowed for a $25 add-on. We are located on the west side of Greenville, in the nice part of Berea, off of WhiteHorse Rd and SaludaDam Rd, near the Walmart, and 1 mile past the DMV. Wooded neighborhood, with some units on a large grassy field. We want sensible people who live quietly and comfortably. Not a party place. We check for evictions filed and arrests/public record filed. Reliable income is more important than credit.

I am Happy. My dog is happy.
November 1, 2015Dog friendly place, with hard floors and backyard and easy to walk. I think the person describing the place as weird is talking about the condos down the street. They are weird. This place is chill. Everybody has their own space/house. Brand new windows for winter. Lots of light and space. Single level living. Big. Very happy here with my doggie.Property Manager Responded

This place is really good.
