Absolutely terrible

PLEASE READ this before even thinking about living here. This place looks great from the outside, with a great walking trail, gym, and outdoor areas. However, the inside of the apartments are absolutely terrible. We moved in not even two months ago, and had a broken cabinet, broken blinds, broken laundry door, broken fridge, broken stove, broken toilet, and paint everywhere UPON move-in. our dryer because they were covered in paint, and there is still paint splattered all over our floors. Weekly, the outside maintenance people blow all the leaves and everything from outside onto our porch to the point where it's not even usable. We have spoken up about all of these concerns, and their response was to send in a maintenance person, who then realized we also have a leak in our apartment. Mind you, we have also had a cockroach problem that has not stopped, as well as a fly problem, which was because they did not seal our windows.
