Money suckers

Money suckers. Stay out of this place if you are not working for an oil company and you will have to pay your rent. The apartment was given to us in a very dirty condition when we moved in.Its a 3 bedroom apartment and the a/c was not good. The maintenance guy closed all the a/c vents except the master bedroom so that we can get good air flow. It was terrible.Also when we gave a 60 day notice to vacate the apartment i asked for a walkthrough with me but they did not do until we moved out and we ...

had unnecessary charges on our move out bill.After showing the pictures we took during our move in they waived off some of the charges. Make sure to take pictures and fill the inventory form with all the details.Even if you do so they will find out a way to charge you. In my case they charged me for the carpet cleaning( the carpet was clean without any stains or damage) because I didn’t mention anything about the carpet in the inventory form. See they will find a loop hole and charge you.Most of the residents are people who work for the oil companies and the company takes care of the rent and other charges. Bottom line - Stay out of this place if you or your family member doesn’t work for the oil company.
