A really great place to live.
September 2, 2020I lived here for almost three years, and I highly recommend it as a place to live. First of all, the complex was very clean and well-maintained. Management was very responsive when we had problems, and keep the complex immaculate. My one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a lot of storage space in it, several closets with shelves, and a nice-sized bathroom. The apartment building was very quiet. Even though it's right next to a major road, it's tucked away enough so that you're not really ...bothered by the traffic noise. It is also very close to most things you need to get to quickly: several grocery stores are within walking distance, and a few more are less than a ten-minute drive. There are walking paths and golf courses nearby, so there are a lot of opportunities to just get out of the house and take a walk. If you are looking for a year-round stay in Palm Springs, I highly recommend this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I have been here about a month now, in a one bedroom and am very happy with the experience so far!
