Expect building employees to enter your unit at their convenience - without notice

I'm a current resident - work orders are not handled in a timely manner, nor are entry notices provided according to the law. Building may request a work order for your unit as well - do not expect notice, and workers may be in and out of your unit without your knowledge while you are away. I have had them key in while I'm showering - other residents while they are sleeping. As far as the law is concerned, this is breaking and entering. Expect upper management to play dumb and offer insulting ...

Unsecured handling of delivery

November 4, 2017 - Review from Apartments.com

Delivery items are placed at the entrance of the building. It is NOT safe for such way of handling delivery of tenants. My friend, he has to go back home from work sometimes for JUST picking up his delivery. I lost an ordered item from Amazon.
