Roach problem

These apartments are very quiet and peaceful. However, they are not kept up too well and they do have a roach problem throughout the entire complex. The roach problem with the increase in rent was the reason for my move.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. The complex is smaller and very quiet. The apartments are good size for the price. The pool area is small and secluded. I looked at a lot of places and this was by far the best value for the money.
