We have a fitness room and a laundry room. We are located in the beautiful city of Paramount close to the 710,105 and 91 FWYs. Lack of Professionalism and Management

January 27, 2022 - Review from Apartments.com
I submitted an application and no response was provided from manager Raul. Took 2 weeks and no response was given of denial or approval. Employment was not verified. Followed up and was told other issues had to be handled. My questions and concerns were dismissed. Very poor customer service and lack of service to say the least. Was not provided a receipt of money order that was given for the application. No copies of ID or other documentation was asked either. Bad experience.
