January 31, 2025It's an OK place to live. The price is right, the apartments spacious for that price, and the community is quiet. I will note: the maintenance team is amazing. It is, however, a bit dated (though I believe they are renovating some apartments). And if you want community events, they ... claim to have those, but they feel like they're just ticking off a box from corporate rather than actually engaging.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2024I recently stayed in a wonderful apartment. It was spacious, well-furnished, and located in a vibrant neighborhood. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was bright with large windows. The bedroom was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The building had excellent amenities, including a gym and a cozy lounge area. October 25, 2024Still fairly satisfied with this community. My only complaints are the limited parking near the pool that prevented me from using it (I have limited mobility) and the recent paving of the parking lot they did. They did not pave under the awnings so the pavement is mismatched and there are still damaged sections where residents park.Property Manager Responded
