Stay Away!!
February 14, 2019DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could leave negative stars I would. Nothing wrong with the apartments but the management company is the worst property management company I’ve ever experienced. I recommend staying as far away from Wasatch Property Management as possible.Review from Apartments.com

May 18, 2018The leasing office is the best staff I have ever worked with they are very kind and energetic and are happy to help in any way they can if you have any issues. I love that they are pet friendly and that they have a dog park across the street at the lofts that I am able to use. San Moritz is very clean and the property is always in stellar condition. If you are looking for an apartment in Midvale, Utah go to San Moritz they will not disappoint you one bit!!Review from Apartments.com
