January 18, 2026Wall are very thin. Property management staff don’t Care about your complaints and safety. A lot of car break ins vandalism and robberies. Complaints go unanswered and unresolved. The application process was smooth and easy, and the property itself is truly beautiful—welcoming, peaceful, and somewhere I can actually picture myself calling home. Absolutely Amazing
September 19, 2025I would like to commend the leasing, maintenance and front office staff at San Palmas. I can’t say enough about how professional and efficient they have been. William, Bree, and the awesome property manager worked as a team to completely resolve a maintenance issue I recently had in my unit. Service was exemplary and quickly completed. Well done! I absolutely love living here. Lastly, the amenities are top tier. I especially enjoy the pet spa, two pools, dog park, business office, and my daily ...Starbucks coffee bar run.
