March 12, 2026I love living at Sanctuary at Centerpointe. The amenities are great, love the pool and community. The location is perfect, close to I-4, shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the parking garage gate is always broken so it stays open. Non-residents come in and take up all the parking spaces.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026I have lived here for two years, and since May 2025, the residents above my unit have been consistently, excessively, and unbearably noisy. There is no schedule or restraint — the noise happens at 2–3 AM, 11 PM–12 AM, and everything in between. It’s constant thumping, dragging, and furniture moving that shakes my ceiling. I have already made three to four formal complaints, yet nothing has changed. Each time, I’m told to “be patient.” My patience is long gone. It’s beyond frustrating to keep ...paying high rent while dealing with this level of disturbance every day and night. Even as I write this message, the noise continues — proof that no action has been taken. This is unacceptable and shows a serious failure to address resident concerns. I expect immediate and permanent resolution to this issue. I’ve endured more than enough.Property Manager Responded

Starting with the community the cleanliness the activities the maintenance I give everything a 10 .
