I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The community is calm, friendly, and welcoming, and I absolutely love the area. I felt comfortable and settled into my new home right away, which made the moving process so much easier. I honestly have no complaints or dislikes so far. Great place to live, close to everything, nice area, nice community, the staff is great. They are always willing to help you at the office, the tenants do not bother you even tho you barely see them unless they're at the pool or the club house, overall I love it here.

I love living at Sanctuary at Centerpointe. The amenities are great, love the pool and community. The location is perfect, close to I-4, shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the parking garage gate is always broken so it stays open. Non-residents come in and take up all the parking spaces.
