    My residence experience over the past 3 years has been good. The maintenance and office staff are wonderful. The residents for the most part are good people, with the occasional slobs who leave their garbage all over, habitual marijuana smokers who smoke 24/7 leaving the environment smelling like skunk, the disrespectful dog walkers who don’t clean up after their animals and of course those who make loud noise and banging sounds overnight.

    Maintainence requests takes too long for resolution and sometimes the issues are not fixed as well Some rules like cannot install a bidet is not understandable

    The property is great but we have a few things in our apartment that were overlooked to be completed and it’s causing some havoc. The master bath tub does not drain out the water and it makes it hard to shower and keep the tub clean. When we reported to the front office we were informed that this task was supposed to be done with the set of appliances that we found under the bathroom sink. Also we have a strong odor of dog urine in the living room area and the patio. We have allergies so they ...
    have been out of control due to the strong scent of a dog and urine. I will say that our guy Nathan has been on it when it comes to addressing this issues, which is a wonderful thing.

    Waiting for a lot of maintenance tasks to be completed, such as cabinet doors that do not close properly, very dusty vents, nets that need to be replaced, some paintings yet to be done, bathroom still leaks water, and so on.

    Very accommodating and friendly. Trash could be better and cleaner breezeway needs pressure washing and some residents are not completely complying with Trash Bins .. All things considered this is a process and see Staff addressing issues.

    Decent apartment complex. Comparable to others in this price range I would imagine. Really noisy though at night. And some residents are just pigs, leaving their garbage around.

    Overall great living here. The nature is great, calm neighborhood just for the most part. Staff is working a lot on getting community together by scavenger hunts, movies by the pool, winning prizes with games which is very nice! It’s an apartment so roaches come with it :((( great office staff
