April 12, 2026ve had a generally good experience living at Sanctuary at Highland Oaks. The community itself is quiet, and the grounds are kept pretty clean, which makes it feel comfortable day to day. The location is definitely one of the highlights — close to major roads, shopping, and plenty of food options, so running errands is easy. The apartments have a nice layout and decent space for the price. Some features could use a bit of updating, but overall they’re functional and livable. Maintenance has been ...a mixed bag: when they respond, the staff is friendly and helpful, but response times can be inconsistent depending on the issue. The amenities are solid, especially the pool and fitness areas, though they can get busy at peak times. February 14, 2026My residence experience over the past 3 years has been good. The maintenance and office staff are wonderful. The residents for the most part are good people, with the occasional slobs who leave their garbage all over, habitual marijuana smokers who smoke 24/7 leaving the environment smelling like skunk, the disrespectful dog walkers who don’t clean up after their animals and of course those who make loud noise and banging sounds overnight.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The property is great but we have a few things in our apartment that were overlooked to be completed and it’s causing some havoc. The master bath tub does not drain out the water and it makes it hard to shower and keep the tub clean. When we reported to the front office we were informed that this task was supposed to be done with the set of appliances that we found under the bathroom sink. Also we have a strong odor of dog urine in the living room area and the patio. We have allergies so they ...have been out of control due to the strong scent of a dog and urine. I will say that our guy Nathan has been on it when it comes to addressing this issues, which is a wonderful thing.Property Manager Responded
