    Very accommodating and friendly. Trash could be better and cleaner breezeway needs pressure washing and some residents are not completely complying with Trash Bins .. All things considered this is a process and see Staff addressing issues.

    Decent apartment complex. Comparable to others in this price range I would imagine. Really noisy though at night. And some residents are just pigs, leaving their garbage around.

    Overall great living here. The nature is great, calm neighborhood just for the most part. Staff is working a lot on getting community together by scavenger hunts, movies by the pool, winning prizes with games which is very nice! It’s an apartment so roaches come with it :((( great office staff

    I rented an apartment , and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The society is clean, secure, and well-managed and entry/exit is monitored strictly, which adds to the sense of safety. The amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and children’s play area are well maintained. Maintenance response is timely, although at times it may take a couple of reminders for minor issues.

    It could have been better. I moved in July 1st and my tube was not complete even though they were fixing it still let things done and it still is not corrected. It’s also very hard to get things done in a timely manner. My fryer always is making a loud noise that I have been trying to get them to fix/look at. The company they used for the cleaning did a poor job it was as if it was a rush job that was done I always do my own cleaning when I move in places but I found I had to do a lot more then a ...
