Sanctuary Highland Oaks Apartments offers a generally comfortable living experience with a few areas that future residents may want to keep in mind. The community has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for daily errands, commuting, and access to nearby amenities. The grounds are kept fairly clean, and the layout of the property makes it easy to navigate. That said, there are a couple of things worth noting. Such a peaceful neighborhood! Lakes, ducks turtles are right at the backyard! Staff in office are all wonderful! Bugs and roaches are just the biggest issue. That usually comes with older apartments and it’s more difficult to completely Keep them out.

The roaches are terrible!!! They're pest control is a joke. Been here almost 3yrs. Will have to leave couch, bed, recliner and other things.

This unit was not ready for moving into. We expected to have a unit that we were shown to. Yet everyday we have to put in work orders for repairs and maintenance and the unit was not clean and the floor is separating. My neighbor over top of us all night and all day heavy stomping can’t sleep sleeper have to be at work at 5:00am and we pay for trash service and they don’t pick it up daily so the units smell badly. We been here for over 2 weeks and lam very disappointed there are roaches in the ...

ve had a generally good experience living at Sanctuary at Highland Oaks. The community itself is quiet, and the grounds are kept pretty clean, which makes it feel comfortable day to day. The location is definitely one of the highlights — close to major roads, shopping, and plenty of food options, so running errands is easy.
