      Decent apartment complex. Comparable to others in this price range I would imagine. Really noisy though at night. And some residents are just pigs, leaving their garbage around.

      Overall great living here. The nature is great, calm neighborhood just for the most part. Staff is working a lot on getting community together by scavenger hunts, movies by the pool, winning prizes with games which is very nice! It’s an apartment so roaches come with it :((( great office staff

      I rented an apartment , and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The society is clean, secure, and well-managed and entry/exit is monitored strictly, which adds to the sense of safety. The amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and children’s play area are well maintained. Maintenance response is timely, although at times it may take a couple of reminders for minor issues.

      It could have been better. I moved in July 1st and my tube was not complete even though they were fixing it still let things done and it still is not corrected. It’s also very hard to get things done in a timely manner. My fryer always is making a loud noise that I have been trying to get them to fix/look at. The company they used for the cleaning did a poor job it was as if it was a rush job that was done I always do my own cleaning when I move in places but I found I had to do a lot more then a ...
      typical “wipe down” very dissatisfying. They also take forever to get to work orders. Aside from that I love my apartment and it fits my needs the amenities are nice .

      These apartments is not what I expected far as the maintenance people, staff workers even to the pools being closed all the time, the valley trash doesn’t get dumped ,but we get charged. These apartments are just ok!

      Mails are not secure. Packages and courier delivery not secure. Worst Internet Service, at least internet will down once a week. Very small play area for kids

      Beautiful property however, there is a lot of things needing to be fixed in the unit that I have expressed from day one of moving in! I sent emails and spoke with management and it’s going on 3 weeks with still no maintenance personnel in sight! Very disappointing because my family and I a unable to truly enjoy our new home with so many broken things in our unit for example our huge patio door blinds aren’t able to shut so anyone can just look straight through my unit at nights, a burner on my ...
      stove doesn’t work, the fridge is missing shelves, and the laundry list continues. Beautiful property lack of promise holding to fix issues residents find.
