June 28, 2018I have rented there for almost a year. The second month, I had a back up with the toilet in the master bath. I had went to the bathroom and dumped a load in the middle of the night. It would not flush. I called the Plantation properties and it took 3 week to come and fix it. My apt was stinking and to say the least I was upset. I have reported a leak in the ceiling they said they fixed it but they didn't I have had the leak 3 times and an inch plus of water in a 55 gal tub. I have had ...bad service with repairs. I will not renew my lease and will pay a higher price for better customer service. I would not recommend renting from themProperty Manager Responded
July 2, 2018I am so sorry that you have had a bad experience. I looked up my records and do not have any work order for a toilet that took three weeks for completion, especially a backed up toilet. All work orders are handled per the urgency and all urgent ones are placed on priority. A backed up toilet would be urgent. As far as the recent leak, a air conditioning condensation line above you clogged up and caused the leak. The leak was fixed within 3 hours and as I explained to you the ceiling would have to dry out then we would stain seal and repaint it. Again, I am sorry that you are so unhappy, but all of your work orders have been taken care of in a timely manner and several were completed within the same day you called them in. We strive on going out of our way, when humanly possible and it is in our control, to complete work orders quickly.
