Lazy and awful
October 1, 2023If your in a pinch then this can work if they do the free 1st month's rent. If you have choices choose better. I have only lived here for two months and in that time span they have taken and sold half of the uncovered parking with out telling everyone or making it know to everyone. Getting maintenance to service anything is like pulling teeth, they told me "he will just come sometime throughout the week" I have a dog so that does not work. Cockroaches have been here sensed we moved in. The main ...lady is rude, four whole mailboxes containing multiple units were left open over the weekend and I have mail missing. Don't move here.
October 4, 2021They are overcharging for these newly "upgraded" apartments. Sure they're nice on the inside, but you can't change the area. Unsafe surrounding area with drug addicts, drug dealers, and violence. Our gate is constantly open so now we have homeless people coming in and out all the time. We have NO security and the wash rooms suck. It's a mess here. Don't be fooled by the "luxury" in their name. Management so far sucks and the new manager always has an attitude.Property Manager Responded

Do NOT rent here
July 21, 2021I only lived there for about 7 months and in that timeframe we had car break-ins 2 times. We had to call the police because someone was hopping fences and trying to break-in to a second story apartment to harass the lady that lived there. There is a roach infestation! No matter how clean you are, you will have roaches because the entire complex is infested. The parking is terrible. There are only a few free/open spots and people in the complex will basically hog and fight for those spaces. The ...front area is kept really nice to keep up with appearances, but once you get to the back area, you will see that it’s dirty and gross. The dumpsters are always overflowing and junkies are always in there trying to dig for recycling. The last two weeks I was there, the gates were broken, anyone could walk in and out. The man-gate had been messed with and the lock no longer functioned. Security was basically non-existent. The dryers and washers were ALWAYS breaking down! If it wasn’t one it was the other. And they would never refund your money because “they don’t keep cash on-site”. I would have to go through the trouble of taking my clothes to a laundromat to get them clean. There is definitely more, and I have pictures to prove it all. Don’t risk it! Avoid this apartment complex!!Property Manager Responded
