    I moved in here after hurricane Harvey. Sandcastle staff couldn't have been more kind to make this place home. I'm on to my forever home, but will be grateful to all the sandcastle staff during my residency.

    25 years this place is still my home. The currect staff and manager help me when I need something. Best location to walk to everything. Especially the shopping center next door that has everything.

    Just read other reviews... problems not fixed in past five years with office staff. Maintenance was the only positive experience. Any deposits given here you can kiss goodbye...they don't return even if units are left cleaner than when moved into. Save money and continue looking.

    The maintenance and service here are completely abysmal. Since I've been here maintenance requests have always been an ordeal for something so simple. I'm not sure if it's because the staff is lazy, the property management is so cheap and try to keep expenses to a minimum so they get better bonuses, or a combination of the two. During some of the hottest days of summer my air conditioner was not cooling the apartment properly not even at night when it was cooler and instead of having an actual ...
    hvac tech come and look at my air conditioner their solution was to change the filter and remotely lower my thermostat during the day which will only raise my light bill. They have no consideration for their tenants what so ever. On top of this almost all of the washer and dryers in the complex are out of service and all they do is tag them out of order and say "the part has been ordered" I've been here almost 3 years and none of the washers have been repaired, if anything there's more broken now. But don't worry they make sure to spend money making sure the apartments look good on the surface so you don't look too much into it. Also the pool is hardly ever kept up with you essentially have to clean it yourself if you ever want to use them.

    Very helpful staff. Ali in the front always greets me with a cheerful smile and hello. Mia is quick to answer any questions and is very friendly to chat with. Maintenance and Management are quick to respond. I love the app they have, it makes it super easy to pay rent, and submit work orders from my phone. As an animal lover, I wish more people picked up after their pets. I see maintenance out there picking up after people, and it's just not right. Overall, I highly recommend Sandcastleand I ...

    Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. who ever is the manager is rude. Took them 3 days to fix our broken AC and gave attitude when we complained. We may be young but we aren’t dumb. Save your money on another apartment

  • Poor services

    I have lived there for two years and I had to move out because of all the roaches, my boyfriend and i have called the office to have pest control to come get rid of the roaches. But He did not show up until the last month when we were getting ready to move out. Terrible service! Management is terrible as well, they lose our deposit and blame it on us; claim that we’re late on our rent... expect more money from us even if we don’t live there anymore.

  • Please do not waste your time and money

    Please do not move here unless you want a whole lot of headaches and problems this has by far been the worst apartment I have ever lived in. We have had problems with our apartment from the very beginning we had to renew our lease due to me being 9 months pregnant but our problems have progressively gotten worse. The manager is useless and does not help with anything. I have called numerous times about a dishwasher being broken and it took 3+ months to get it fixed. I slipped in vomit going out ...

    I'm a current resident at apartment complex. I would never recommend anyone to rent an an apartments at this complex, even if I where to get the $$$ friend referral. Maintenance is horrible, takes weeks for them to come to your apartment to fix something, there's always noise coming from the outside on apartment, it's hard to rest. Gets flooded all the time with little rain, there's pot holes all over the parking lot and maintenance refuses to fix them. This has been an issue all year long. ...
    There's a plague of cocoons in all apartment complex which makes it look nasty. Management is rude, would not recommend.

    The pictures on here are of their model apartments, however, the one you get will have roaches, crickets in the upper cabinets, and termites, despite being a clean freak! The cabinets aren’t even white, you get cherry colored wood, and the paint sticks to everything. The pool is dirty, the gym is always dusty and maintenance can’t be trusted inside your apartment. The only way one gets a free key to the gym is by writing a good review. The only nice one in the leasing office is Melissa.

    If I could give this place no stars I would, since day one of moving here we have had problems with no water, air conditioning blowing hot, rats and roaches! They claim to fix everything but in short time something goes wrong again. If you choose these apartments please think twice it’s not worth your money.
