Maintenance
August 19, 2024The maintenance dept. used to be very fast and active with work orders. As of late, I’ve had to wait several weeks to have orders completed. It doesn’t help to see them riding around on carts or not seeing them around at all. Could use improvement!Property Manager Responded

Not staying long
August 15, 2024Most of houses are not the one shown in the pictures above Have both pools but they’re closed so you’re better off going to the beach. Garbage dump is always full and over flown. And you either have to walk a mile or put your garbage on top of your car to go to the dumpster if you’re far from it. Laundry room has about 6 washer machines and one only works. The only thing really nice are your neighbors, everyone here is nice but this place is cheap and wants us to pay for amenities that don’t even ...work.Property Manager Responded

Fabulous
February 4, 2024I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, living here! The property is beautiful, neighbors are friendly the community is outstanding. The staff; the full staff is awesome! Maintenance is dedicated and always prompt. My AC stopped working and my emergency call around 9pm was answered and assisted. Maintenance worked diligently for days until the problem was solved. Fleas!
April 23, 2021We have no pets and yet we have flea biting my 2 year old son. Pest control has come out 4 time and can’t solve the problem because they are coming in from the grass out side. Witch they are too cheap to treat.Review from Apartments.com

Poor customer service
March 1, 2018They need to update the website. Says it has some available but there’s none available. When we went in to apply and look the people in the office were very rude did not explain anything to us.
