Fantastic Apartment
March 29, 2019To start, the building is amazing!! Spanish style look with great foundation. It is more like condos than an apartment. The staff is great, very responsive, and attend to issues almost immediately. The manager there was very accommodating to our needs, as we are an older couple. Lack of Communication from Leasing Office
August 3, 2018This place looks super appealing but I have been unsuccessful in getting responses back from the leasing office (or team). I have tried emailing the property and left a few voicemails with no response (crickets). Definitely not a good first impression. I rarely write reviews but due to the waste of my valuable time, I felt the need. Great location though (minutes from surfers point).Review from Apartments.com
I don’t recommend
May 9, 2018We have lived here 2 years. If you like mold you’ll love it here! If you like 2-3 different owners throughout your visit here, you’ll love it. If you like your rent to go up every year, you’ll love it! If you like homeless people walking around in front of your complex, you’ll love it here! Management is pathetic and not even professional. If you want your bikes stolen from inside a locked garage you’ll love it here. Nice place, but pricey and thin walls
February 26, 2018These apartments are on the pricier side for Ventura, probably because the building is relatively new. The apartments look great and I really like the inner core courtyard that connects all the units together. The bathrooms and kitchens are modern, and there's plenty of space. However, for the amount I'm paying I shouldn't have to hear my neighbors watching TV through the walls. It's not so bad that I know exactly what show they're watching, but the rumbling of the bass is enough to drive you ...insane, especially if you're trying to sleep. My neighbors downstairs would even complain about me because they could hear me walking. I've been walking on tip toes for months and they've still complained to the property manager about me. I've decided that's no way to live so I'm moving out. I really wanted to love this place, and I honestly love everything else about it.
