April 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comNo recomiendo a nadie rentarse aquí es super sucio , hay cuarachas por todos lados, el tiradero de basura es orrible como está siempre de basura .La lavandería es un asco de lo sucio que está hasta el local y ni las lavadoras funcionan.La piscina es un asco,los alrededores tiene basura por todos lados,los apartamentos super feos y mal reparados por lo poco profesionales que son los empleados. Los precios de las rentas super caros en comparación con la calidad de los apartamentos. Las fotos que ...aquí tienen expuestas no representan la realidad de lo feo que está todo. Bed bugs ,mold, roaches
April 3, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comHorrible horrible conditions we lived there for 2 1/2 years and it’s the worst apartments we have ever been in as soon as we moved in we had problems the first night I stand in my word they have roaches ,mold and bed bugs and people were doing drugs up stairs and it was coming threw the vent and we told Melissa and she said close the vent ! Wow thank God we got a new place and moved out I have proof I will be putting all the pictures Up on Facebook if you dont believe me about everything mold bed ...bugs and roaches we threw all of our stuff away and constantly throwing stuff away cause the mold would destroy everything we got depressed and sick all the time . Mellissa the manager told us if we didn’t buy someone to exterminate the apartment we would have to exterminate the whole building for bed bugs so we paid 450.00 dollars . October 5, 2022I'm sorry you had a bad experience here. We do not rent our apartments with bed bugs. You contract bed bugs after living here for months then of course you pay for extermination. The mildew situation is due to concrete walls and depending on how much condensation occurs then the walls will sweat just like the bathrooms. The tenant is supposed to keep it clean and open windows or have a fan, if you keep your apartment closed up then this will happen. Now days people smoke CBD or medical and the smell may go thru the vents but that is sometimes out of my hands. I send violations and check into the problems out. As far as roaches we have a exterminator that comes every Thursday and you can be added to the list at anytime to prevent them. Again I'm so sorry you have a bad experience with us. I do everything I can to take care of my tenants but tenants have to work with me in fixing the problems. Thank you! Melissa
