AS-IS UNIT
February 16, 2026When signing the lease ask about taking the space “AS-IS” basically stating that you’re taking the unit with all the issues. Very little heating, leaks everywhere, broken freight elevator, etc. They try to take all responsibility off of themselves. They take months to fix simple leaks, etc. This would be a great place to live, but unfortunately they don’t care to keep the units together once you move in.Review from Apartments.com
Management is TERRIBLE
January 24, 2024The new management here is terrible - they manage a much larger Wyvernwood property and they DO NOT CARE about the tenants here! They do not respond to emails and half the time your calls go to their voicemail. Messages do not get relayed - all round terrible. Maintenance requests go on for several months with no repairs and no answers. Stay away from here.Review from Apartments.com
