So helpful Management and maintenance staff have been so helpful during our first month in the building. Our smoke alarm starting beeping for a new battery in the middle of the night, and both those batteries/all others in our unit were changed first thing in the morning. It’s made the process so much easier and I feel like there’s a real support system here if we have any issues. Thanks, you guys!

Personally love the roof top and the creative atmosphere around the condo. Moved into 11th floor, 3600 sqft live and work loft space. As it is an older building there is a lot of work to do. If you like seeing drug addicts and homeless people inside and outside the building, go live here. You will see all of them here. I guess the news has come to skid row that this building is unsecured and they all party here. Sad part is the maintenance don't do nothing to improve security. I know there are some things that you cannot control but at least act up on it. Nothing from the management.
