So helpful Management and maintenance staff have been so helpful during our first month in the building. Our smoke alarm starting beeping for a new battery in the middle of the night, and both those batteries/all others in our unit were changed first thing in the morning. I got to tour several units in the building. The person giving me a tour said I would receive an email with information about the units I toured. I never received an email. I called and left a voice message about it. Never heard back from them again.

Brandon & Bria Exceptional Service Brandon and Bria were both so kind and graceful. I came In for a tour and they welcomed me with open arms. Bathroom Sink issue I’ve never had an issue with my bathroom sink but it was clogged one day and the maintenance team was able to quickly fix the issue within a few hours.

Personally love the roof top and the creative atmosphere around the condo. Moved into 11th floor, 3600 sqft live and work loft space. As it is an older building there is a lot of work to do. But the building has so much character because of it's history. They have new appliances and it makes it a great loft with the old and new combo! Reasonable price for a huge loft.
