Where to begin, I’m a current resident and have been for some time now. You would’ve imagined for the expensive deposit, pet deposit, and monthly payment that your service requests would free, no. They charge you for anything. Something that was broken before you got there? Charged. Something that is broken in your garage/garage door? Charged. Utilities included?? Yeah included in your monthly payment ONTOP OF your monthly rent, NOT INCLUDED. You would think clean walk ways or sprinklers that ...
spray/work properly. You would think pool that is cleaned maybe every quarter. Nope, more like throw tape on it. The mold thing from the other review is still very real. They just spray a super corrosive solution at it and wipe it off so it’s not visible. Windows on your unit being sealed? Nah, cracked and unsealed. God forbid I put in a request for it because I’ll get charged for something that hasn’t been sealed since I got here. With mold on it by the way. Like the window lock is a general joke, wish I could show a picture, but the thing just rubs against the other frame, pushes off of it and lets air flow in or out. Your patio is personal space that is included in your rent (square footage), so you’d imagine you can do what you want that privately. Nah, no privacy screen, outdoor items only, no pots or plants. You’re not supposed to leave your animals on the patio but people do all day and management could care less. You’d think top of the line door trims, doors, painting, flooring, countertops. Nah, let’s give them whatever is on sales at home depot that day and call is luxury. The door hinges all have rust on them, if they haven’t been painted over. Oh and to top it all off the switch at the front door and all bedrooms don’t do anything. So every time you come home it’s just darkness until you make it to the kitchen switch. The list could go on and on but you get the point. Rent here is you like throwing money away, I’m currently looking for something cheaper where management will act the same because I might as well have something cheaper if it’s going to have the same quality.
