About Saracen Courts
Groomed park like setting near the University of South Dakota Campus, supermarkets, and other retail outlets. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity apartment complex. All ground level apartments, no stairs! Apartment community is a mix of USD students, graduate students, professionals and retired. Each apartment has its own front entrance and back entrance with assigned tenant parking in front. Six single story buildings complete the complex with a good sized secured laundry room for resident use. Maintenance and Resident Manager on-site. Lawncare and snow removal taken care of by on-site maintenance. Water, sewer, garbage disposal and high speed internet included in rent! Tenant pays for gas and electric. Security camera system is located throughout the grounds of the apartment complex and laundromat. Picnic tables and grills are on the park area. We also have bike racks on-site for each block of apartments. We are pet friendly! We also have pet waste stations available in our park areas. We have a newly resurfaced parking lot and recent laundromat upgrades.
