March 13, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved out the office "conveniently" lost all my records and would not refund my pet deposits or fees even though they should have been waved at move in because my cats are Emotional Support Animals. At the time I didn't understand that meant you didn't have to pay a deposit or fee for your pets. they used my ignorance against me instead of being helpful to a person on a fixed income and in a wheelchair. I will NEVER refer this place to anyone.
