So they changed their name because of the horrible feedback this place had. The Groves is what they were called. Look those reviews up! Here is mine.If i could give it zero stars I would. We flooded a couple years ago during a storm and they REFUSED to give us our deposit/rent back because it was unlivable. The redcross was generous enough to put us in a hotel. They also didn't inform us that this has happened there on more than 1 occasion! After they told us they cleaned up and fixed our house ...
that we could come back, they had put the same flooded carpet right back in there after it sat in the house full of water in the 100 weather for a week! Mold was all over the baseboards but yet they daid they cleaned and we could come back. Eff that! So when we demanded to be let out of our lease, get our months rent back and deposit they laughed in our faces. "This was an act of god" they said. In reality they NEVER cleaned their drains so that is the exact reason it flooded. So you have been warned!
