Excellent Maintenance and Cleaning Services

Honest Review of Savannah Oaks in Spring
January 28, 2026Pest Infestation & Mishandling by Management From early on in my tenancy, I experienced a persistent roach problem inside my unit. I reported this multiple times, and pest control came out on several occasions for general spraying. However, these treatments were not effective — the roaches kept returning, including live ones crawling on my walls. Being told repeatedly that this is “common in Texas” does not make it acceptable, especially when I was paying for a clean, livable apartment. What made ...this worse was how management handled the situation. The new property manager, Iris N., incorrectly told me that my unit was scheduled to be “bombed,” something I never requested. Because of this misinformation, I had to take time off from work and rearrange my schedule, only to find out later that it was just another basic spray that had already proven ineffective. There was no correction, and no effort to make things right. Despite months of reporting and documented issues, I was never offered any accommodation — no unit transfer, no rent concession, and no meaningful solution to the disruption of my home. I was left to live with pests while management treated it as a normal inconvenience rather than a serious habitability issue. Thanks to another error on managements end that worked in my favor, the previous property manager forgot to put an early termination fee on my lease agreement. So the regional manager took that and tried to use that as an attempt to “resolve” the matter by “approving” my early termination of the lease. Again, not a true accommodation, and still focused on the money by requesting a 30 day notice and full month of rent because “we have to follow the lease”. There could have been a concession or my immediate release could have been approved if management truly cared. Move-In Issues & Administrative Errors My experience with management started off badly and never improved. When I was first moving in, the property manager at the time( Ashley C. ) sent me the wrong quote and had me apply for the wrong apartment when the apartment I was inquiring about was verbally agreed upon. I was then forced to move forward with the situation with no accommodation or compensation, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. That set the tone for how resident concerns would be handled — or not handled — throughout my tenancy.Property Manager Responded

Noisy
February 6, 2023The community and amenities are beautiful. There is zero sounding proofing between the units and living under inconsiderate people is the only problem I have here. I have never lived anywhere where you literally hear so much from the neighborhood above. They have been vacuuming the bare floors for the past 15 minutes and it’s 11 at night. I sent an email to the assistant manager last Thursday concerning the heavy items and other things they drop on the floor until 1/2 am every night and have yet ...to get a response. Living at Savannah Oaks
February 4, 2023Long time tenants. Witnessed the switch from Asher to Savannah. Not a good move. Since then, breakins, theft, and grounds have gone to crap. They are not luxury as they claim. The pricing is extremely high for this area and living conditions. Gates always broken. They don’t care. Always an issue with something they keep a bag of excuses for. Never any parking. $100 for parking under shed. $150 for garage. But those are all taken up by guys working on their cars on the premises. Abandoned cars ...they refuse to move no matter if you contact them or not. Loud neighbors. Weed smokers everywhere out in the open. Wont be renewing this time. 8 weeks in and loving it
September 2, 2021The property in not only amazing but the community is arguably even better. I use the amenities on a daily basis and they complement my lifestyle very well. The 24 hour coffee and gym is a huge plus. The management has been continually improving the complex since I moved in and has been so friendly and helpful. August 28, 2021Property looks great but the new management is absolutely awful. Nothing but consistently bad experiences with dealing with them. Would give the property 4 stars if it weren't for how slow they are to help out and the way they treat their great tenants that pay on time and cause no issues. DO NOT hang anything on the walls including pictures, mirrors, or drapes. They will charge you for paint. And absolutely do not put any sort of chair or heavy furniture on the carpets because they will charge ...you to replace all carpets (+ $500). Front gate is ALWAYS broken. Both sides. Garbage dumpster is never taken out in a timely manner and makes an entire side of the apartments smell like trash. The Dog trash bins are extremely slow to be emptied so there is usually an overflow of dog poop. And lastly... We had multiple neighbors that had their cars broken into within the property and nothing was done to help them or reimburse them for damages. A lot of these issues did not happen until the new management took over so PLEASE stay away unless you want to deal with the above.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
